IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USERS UPGRADING FROM EARLIER VERSIONS.


The OPL skeleton which was provided in versions 1.6 (initial release) and
below has been discontinued.

The XBUILD utility is provided in it's place. This avoid the need for the
user to know any programming information.

XBUILD consists of two ADDITIONAL files.

XBUILD.OPA  which would normally be placed in an APP directory then 
            installed in the normal manner.

XSKEL.B16   which must be in the \RJS\XFILE directory (any drive).

The XFILE.LIB file will be detected automatically if it resides in one
of the following directories (any drive).
      \RJS\XFILE  (preferred option now)
      \RJS
      \OPO

XBIULDs usage should be fairly self explanatory. For further info see the
main documentation.
